1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and Nexus Arena regarding your access to and use of the website (https://nexusarena.live/), mobile application, and related esports tournament services.

By downloading the app, registering an account via Google Sign-In, or participating in any Nexus Arena tournament, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & 18+ Age Requirement

Age Restriction Notice

Nexus Arena is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating an account or participating in paid tournaments on Nexus Arena.

By using Nexus Arena, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws regarding online competitive esports participation.

3. Account Registration & Google Sign-In

Account creation on Nexus Arena requires authentication via Google Sign-In.

  • Account Ownership: Your account is linked directly to your Google identity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials.
  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete profile information, including your correct in-game name, Game UID (e.g. Free Fire UID / BGMI Character ID), and contact details.
  • One Account Per User: Each player is permitted to maintain only one active Nexus Arena account. Registering duplicate accounts to exploit promotions or manipulate tournament slots is strictly prohibited.

4. Tournament Participation & Competition Formats

Nexus Arena organizes competitive esports matches across Solo, Duo, and Squad formats.

  • Slot Allocation & Room Credentials: Players who join a match will receive custom match room credentials (Room ID & Password) prior to match commencement. It is the player's responsibility to enter the match room promptly.
  • Accurate Game UID Required: Players must join the in-game lobby using the exact Game UID registered on their Nexus Arena profile. Entering a match room with an unverified UID or alias may result in disqualification without refund.
  • Match Timings: Matches start as per the published schedule. Nexus Arena is not liable for player tardiness, connection drops, or failure to join the match room before the match begins.

5. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat & Account Suspension

Competitive integrity is the cornerstone of Nexus Arena. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against cheating, hacking, and unfair play.

Prohibited Competitive Behaviors

The following activities will result in immediate disqualification, permanent account ban, and forfeiture of wallet funds:

  • Use of third-party hacks, aimbots, wallhacks, auto-aim tools, script modifications, or unauthorized game client mods.
  • Use of Android emulators or hardware bypass tools in mobile-only tournament rooms.
  • Teaming, match-fixing, colluding with opponent players or opposing squads.
  • Exploiting game glitches, bugs, or network manipulation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Submitting falsified match screenshots or fraudulent result claims.

Nexus Arena moderators reserve the right to review match recordings, inspect player logs, and issue final binding decisions on all match disputes and suspensions.

6. Wallet, Entry Fees & Withdrawals

Nexus Arena features an in-app wallet system to record tournament entry fees, prize distributions, and transaction records.

  • Entry Fees: Entry fees for tournaments (where applicable) are deducted from your Nexus Arena wallet upon confirming your match slot.
  • Prize Distribution: Winnings for verified tournament placements are credited to your Nexus Arena wallet following match result verification.
  • Withdrawals: Eligible wallet winnings can be withdrawn to your verified UPI or bank account, subject to standard verification checks, processing requirements, and service availability.
  • No Instant Guarantees: While we aim to process payout requests in a timely manner, withdrawal processing times depend on banking partner availability, administrative compliance reviews, and technical verification. We do not guarantee instant or unconditional real-money payouts.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Match Interruptions

In the event of unexpected match interruptions or server outages:

  • Platform Cancellation: If a tournament is cancelled by Nexus Arena due to server issues, insufficient player slots, or technical failure, tournament entry fees for affected players will be refunded to their Nexus Arena wallet.
  • User Cancellation: Entry fees are non-refundable once match room credentials have been issued or the match has commenced.
  • Game Server Issues: Nexus Arena is not responsible for outages, server lag, or maintenance conducted by third-party game publishers (e.g. Garena, Krafton).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nexus Arena website and application — including logos, graphics, text, UI elements, and software code — is the property of Nexus Arena.

Third-Party Trademarks: Game names, logos, assets, and trademarks (including Free Fire, BGMI, PUBG Mobile, Call of Duty Mobile) are the intellectual property of their respective developers and publishers (such as Garena, Krafton, Activision). Nexus Arena is an independent tournament platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these game publishers.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Nexus Arena platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Nexus Arena makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or specific tournament outcomes.
  • In no event shall Nexus Arena be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
  • Nexus Arena's total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the entry fee paid by the user for the specific match giving rise to the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms & Services

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of the Nexus Arena platform after updates are published signifies your acceptance of the amended Terms.
